Stairs lead up to a large lounge/dining room which has panoramic windows from which the Mediterranean Sea can be seen. Double doors lead from this room onto the large pool terrace.

Also on this level is the kitchen and the master bedroom - also with en-suite facilities - and with double doors leading out onto the pool terrace.

The pool terrace is very sunny, and has mature gardens with a banana tree and palms to its side.
