VILLA FOR RENT
Javea, Costa Blanca Spain
This villa is situated about 5 minutes drive from the town, beach and port of Javea. It has four bedrooms , two twin rooms, a single and a double room. There are two shower rooms with toilets and wash basins, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. It has a washing machine, large fridge freezer and microwave.
The large lounge / dining room is comfortably furnished, and has a picture window overlooking the pool. A DVD player is provided with satellite colour television so you can watch English TV channels as well as Sky movies and Sky sports. There is also a small stereo unit for CDs and tapes as well as radio.
The villa is centrally heated with the supplement of a wood burning stove for cosy nights in. Three of the bedrooms have air conditioning, all rooms are double glazed with mosquito screens.
There is an outside naya which is glazed at one end so it is not draughty, and ideal for sitting and dining al fresco. The villa has various sun terraces in which to soak up the Costa sun.
The swimming pool is approximately 9 metres by 4.5 metres with tiled steps into the shallow end which gradually slopes away to the deep end. There is a separate BBQ area with a gas BBQ and table and chairs. Sun beds are provided for guests use.
There is ample parking available for up to three cars. The mature grounds include a fruit garden with lemons, grapefruit and oranges when in season. The pool is maintained by our pool man twice a week in summer and a gardener looks after the grounds.
