Your Holiday Villa
Enjoy your holiday villa ideally situated in the heart of Estepona. The house is in a quiet one-way street off the main road through the town. It gives you easy walking access to the whole of the Old Town, with elegant shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks and tapas bars. You can drive up and stop outside the house and unload your cases and there is on-street parking at the lower end of the road.
The main rooms throughout the house have both Mosquito screens for your protection and ceiling fans for comfort. All windows are double glazed for quiet and have Venetian blinds to help keep the house cool through the summer and warm through the wintertime. The large twin bedroom has double glazed French doors opening on to two small balconies.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a comfortable sofa, double sofa-bed. For your entertainment there is Sky TV, DVD and CD players and a radio. The lounge opens both onto the main fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 guests and a study with a library which as a sliding door into a small courtyard with a separate restroom.
On the first floor is comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedroom and compact bathroom. The private and spacious roof and sun terrace is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and al-fresco dining. It has sun-loungers, its own self-contained kitchen with a gas BBQ and is fully equipped for six complete with a shaded area over the large dining table.
