Close to the local towns with shops, bars and restaurants the property is newly renovated with great outside space, including a very large pergola and pool courtyard with barbecue and outside seating. The house has a lovely interior with a large living space and an open fire. It also benefits from a beautiful handmade kitchen and stylish bathrooms.
The large pergola area to the front of the property has garden furniture and outside lighting. There is also a fully lit courtyard area, which enjoys all day sunshine. This area has built-in seating and a dining table with chairs under an open pool house providing comfort and shade. Also in the courtyard is a large built-in BBQ, an outside shower, and a large 8 by 5 metre swimming pool with underwater lighting.
The property is fully heated, so ideal for occupation into the winter months. It is also kept cool in the summer due to the thick white walls.
The nearest golf course is Antequera Golf, about 30 minutes drive away. The airports of Seville and Malaga are both about one hour from the property by car.
Herrera is a five minute drive from the house, and has everything you will need. The picturesque town of Estepa is a ten minute drive which has a great supermarket, bars, restaurants, and the Balcon de Andalucia - one of the area's most popular tapas bars. The famous and historic cities of Cordoba, Antequera, and Ecija are just half an hour away. The beaches of Malaga can be reached in an hours drive. Seville is a one hour drive and is a must see.
You will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and banks just by taking a stroll around Herrera. Andalucia is abundant in picturesque mountain villages and stunning countryside including El Torcal National Park in Antequera and the Ardales Lakes. The towns of Osuna, Estepa, Ecija, Cordoba, Antequera, Marchena, and of course Seville are all definitely worth visiting.

Payment Terms
A 25% deposit will be required upon booking, and the remaining amount will be required 6 weeks before your arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of your intended stay, then the full amount will be payable upon booking.
