A luxury, modern villa situated in a prestigious residential area of individually designed houses on a minimum of a 1000 square metre plots, has 3 separate terraces thus providing all day sun or shade, wonderful views of the local green nature reserve and the spectacular Montgo mountain. The villa was personally designed and fully equipped by the owners with quality, stylish, comfortable furniture and fittings, alarm system and safe.
The triple aspect lounge / dining area with cream leather settees, teak dining furniture, the owner's great aunt May's Victorian sideboard, television complete with DVD and video player incorporating Sky satellite with full sports package.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The spacious king-size master-bedroom has a luxury en-suite bathroom with double vanity units and a glass walk in shower. There are spectacular views from the British king size bed through the patio doors which lead directly onto the pool area.
The second bedroom also has a British king-size bed and the third bedroom is fitted with 3ft twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, quality linens and ample wardrobe space. A second, fully tiled large family bathroom includes a bath, a separate luxury walk in marble shower.
Outside, separate dining areas ensure your meals can be taken in your choice of sun or shade whatever the time of day. Sun loungers, dining furniture and a separate gas BBQ area make outdoor living and dining a pleasure. The pool is floodlit for an evening swim and ample private car parking is provided.
A hillside location with Javea's old town, marina and Arenal sandy beach less than 10 minutes drive away, with the local golf course only 5 minutes away! Close to the traditional Spanish towns of Moraira, Denia and Calpe, each with their superb sandy beaches. The theme parks and shopping mall at Benidorm are some 30 minutes from the villa.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 25% is payable to secure your booking. Final balance due 6 weeks prior.
An additional refundable deposit of £300 is required with balance to cover possible damage or breakages.
