A pretty 2 bedroom bungalow in Moraira, with a picturesque sea view of Calpe Rock and with vineyards at the rear of the property, from which the famous Teulada Moscatel wine is made.

The property is in a level position on the main road leading to Moraira. There are 8 properties on the complex, which has a very friendly atmosphere. The bungalow is light and spacious and conveniently situated with restaurants and a few local shops just minutes away. Other local towns and various theme parks are between 5 and 40 minutes drive. Alicante airport is about one hour by car.

The accommodation comprises master bedroom with a king-size bed, and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and there is a folding bed if needed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The lounge and dining room has a dresser, table and chairs, and a three piece suite. There is also a television with BBC and Sky satellite, and a radio with CD player. French doors lead from the lounge to the naya, where there is a further three piece suite. The naya leads via sliding doors to the patio area overlooking the pool, with a garden table and chairs.

The property has off-street parking and a communal swimming pool.
