Casa Alexandra is located in the heart of Quesada, 2 minutes from our sister property Villa Sarah, also advertised on this website, and only 25 minutes drive from
both Alicante and Murcia airports. Many budget airlines fly daily to these airports therefore cheap flights are an added bonus.
Casa Alexandra enjoys a private location inside a large walled plot making this a child friendly environment. The villa is light, airy and very clean, being maintained to a high standard by our housekeeper who lives nearby.
Quesada is a thriving modern town offering many facilities including the excellent Quesada club, bars restaurants, banks, gymnasium, live entertainment, music, dancing, shops, golf, bowls, outdoor pursuits including, horse riding, mountain biking, walking etc. The beautiful blue flag beaches of Guadamar are only a ten minute drive from the villa. Torrevieja is the nearest large resort town, 15 minutes from Quesada and like many Spanish resorts it offers great seafood restaurants, markets, night life, shopping and an excellent marina.

Villa Sarah, our sister property, has air conditioning and central heating, set in a private location with private pool surrounded by a lovely sunbathing area, overlooking mature gardens with fruit trees. The garden room
offers beautiful views over the salt lakes. An ideal villa for families, couples and golfers.

| Outside and General | Casa Alexandra is a lovely property, the outside area is fantastic. a huge pool terrace is laid to traditional Spanish tiles allowing you to sunbathe and relax, the pool terrace includes sun loungers, various tables and chairs and a gazebo. The pool area has a gated entrance that locks, so you can
be sure the children cannot wander in there unsupervised. The terrace also offers a large traditional Spanish-style BBQ area. In the evening the pool area is illuminated with various coloured lights making an excellent back drop for outdoor living and entertainment. Away from the pool area and back to the main house you can enjoy some Mediterranean planting in the garden before climbing the stairs to the roof top solarium, ideal for sunbathing and people watching, great evening viewing. |
| Services, Linen | We can arrange airport transfers for your party, simply let us have your requirements. Transfers are charged at 30 euros per car each way and are payable direct to your driver at the time of transfer. Spanish taxis charge up-wards of 45 euros for the same service.
There is an exit clean charge of 80 euros payable by you direct to our housekeeper upon your arrival. Our housekeeper will meet and greet you at the property. She will provide keys to the villa once she has collected your 80 euros exit clean charge. She will not return to the property until your day of departure when she will collect your keys, carry out the exit clean including bed linens and household laundry. Please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided. We do not offer long term lets. Minimum booking of 1 week applies. |
| Suitability | No smoking. No pets. We do not accept same sex groups. Guests are respectfully requested to consider neighbouring properties so far as noise levels are concerned. |
| Special Features | Casa Alexandra is a luxury property conveniently located 2 minutes from our sister rental property, Villa Sarah, also advertised on this site. This arrangement is ideal for larger parties who require separate accommodation and still want to be near to each other.
It is not always necessary to hire a car on Quesada depending of course upon your requirements. You can simply relax and chill out or you can hire a car and travel for miles enjoying the many attractions costa blanca has to offer. For those of you who do not wish to drive there is a bus service on Quesada as well as taxis. We do however recommend the Quesada club for those of you who wish to remain close to home. Located only a 2 minute walk from Casa Alexandra this venue offers everything under one roof including, sports bar and snooker club, big screen TV, outdoor pool and poolside bar and grill, entertainment, bingo, karaoke, quiz, jazz, line dancing, fitness classes and more. Adjacent to this is the Quesada bowls club, extremely popular and conveniently located next to the brand new Qs club offering fine dining and entertainment. And for all our golfers we have the fabulous La Marquesa golf course located five minutes from Casa Alexandra. Payment Terms
To book this villa a £100 booking deposit is payable immediately. Bookings cannot be confirmed until deposit is received. We regret that due to a high volume of bookings and enquiries we are unable to "hold" dates open. Final balance is due six weeks prior to departure. Breakages deposit of £100 is also payable with final balance, this is returned to you, up to 14 days after your last day at Casa Alexandra, provided there are no breakages. If your booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to your departure date, full and final balance is due at the time of booking.
