This spacious 3 bedroom detached villa has two double bedrooms (master en-suite) and two twin bedrooms, (the second twin being in apartment on the lower level). The
villa looks out towards Santa Pola and has spectacular views of the mountains. Restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank and golf course are all within easy reach.
The entrance to the villa leads into a well fitted kitchen with cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and fridge freezer and adequate equipment and crockery for up to 8 people. The kitchen leads into a spacious lounge with a dining area which benefits from hot and cold air conditioning. There are two large sofas, coffee table, dresser, dining table and chairs. There is digital satellite television showing variety of English channels. In addition there is a DVD player along with a CD and radio. The unusual feature of this room is the exceptionally high ceiling with designer chandelier and ornamental wood burning fire. Far reaching views can be seen from all the living room windows.
The villa has 4 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside units and large en-suite bathroom. This room benefits from French doors leading out onto the terrace. There is a further double bedroom and a twin room both with fitted wardrobes and side units. These two rooms share the house bathroom. All three rooms benefit from ceiling fans in addition to the hot/cold air conditioning in the living area. The fourth twin bedroom is located in the apartment in the lower part of the villa which has its own entry door located from the pool area.
The apartment has a lounge area with sofa and chair, coffee table and storage units with tea/coffee making facilities. Three steps from the living area lead into the large tiled bathroom with shower cubicle, WHB and WC. The apartment has both hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a separate storage area on the lower level including a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Externally, the tiled upper terrace with tables and chairs seating up to 8 people and lighting for evening dining has stairs leading down to the private pool area with mature landscaped gardens including palm trees, orange and lemon trees, bougainvillea and vegetation which flowers all year round and are watered by automated irrigation system. There are coloured spotlights around the lower garden area which enhance the evening atmosphere. The BBQ is located near the pool and there are tables and chairs and sun-loungers for your convenience.
It is a 15 minute walk to the La Marquesa Golf and Country Club. Here you will find an 18 hole PGA course with driving range and putting green. There are also a number of bars, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The old Spanish town of Rojales with its authentic cave houses and weekly market is a 5 minute drive away. The main town of Quesada is a short drive away and here you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, banks etc. Quesada has its own Aquapark (open June to August), mini golf and tennis. The nearest beach is in the resort of Guardamar, a lively cosmopolitan area with golden sand and warm Mediterranean sea. Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away.
It is considered a car is essential to fully enjoy this area of Spain. The villa is ideal for a family holiday.
