Take advantage of the in built BBQ on the terrace and large teak table and chairs to enjoy your meals alfresco, with the floodlit pool providing an atmospheric backdrop in late evening.

The 10 x5m private pool with roman steps and its sun loungers is an ideal sun trap with some welcome shade provided by the palm tree. Although no pool is totally safe a perimeter fence provides extra security for young children while the 2-3m hedge surrounding the garden ensures privacy.

There is parking in the driveway for up to two cars.
