excellent villa for two families!! Casa Flamenco is a newly built, stylish and
exceptionally spacious luxury villa, situated near the Portet area of Moraira.
This villa offers it's guests, every modern convenience and comfort.
Known as the "jewel in the crown" of the Costa Blanca, Moraira boasts it's own marina, blue flag beaches and an array of quality restaurants. Moraira is a lovely resort for a family holiday.
The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor along with a huge lounge/dining area, is a large kitchen plus utility and two en-suite bedrooms (one double bedded, one with captains beds) The double has doors leading directly onto the pool terrace.
The villas dining room/lounge leads to a spacious open naya, for outdoor/covered dining, and to a beautiful terrace and larger than average pool, (10 x 5 metres) which can be heated at extra cost if required. A heated pool is a must, if you want to swim comfortably during April May and October.
Guests have the use of a TV (all sky channels plus BBC and ITV) plus DVD player and stereo. Everything to keep the children amused. DVD's can be rented from shops in the town. The kitchen and utility rooms are very well equipped. There are 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooker with hob etc.
Whilst it is possible to walk into Moraira town / beach from the villa in about 15 minutes, Moraira's El Portet beach is the nearest to the villa (about 10 to 12 minutes walk). You can walk easily to the Jacaranda Restaurant (2 minutes). You can also walk along the back roads to the bars and shops of the European centre (about 10 to 15 minutes).
There is an extensive choice or shops and restaurants in Moraira - you will be spoilt for choice. Moraira is only half hour drive from Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar world of animals.
