The villa consists of 2 bedrooms - one double and one twin room, a bathroom, lounge and a separate dining area with seating for 4 people with views to the pool, kitchen
including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, bread maker, kettle and toaster. The villa has heating for the winter period and a satellite TV with English channels and a flat screen TV.
Moraira is a most beautiful and relaxing town. The shops and restaurants are open all year round. There are several beaches and all are within walking distance of the centre of Town. Stroll along to the marina to admire the boats or explore the streets, packed with great eating places, tapas bars and small shops. Moraira and Javea provide you with all the entertainment that you will need from water sports to horse riding.
The backdrop of mountains sets off the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea and is perfect for your holiday of sea, sand and sangria or a haven of breathtaking cliff top walks. The area has been rated by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest in the world and boasts over 325 days of sunshine every year.
A half hour to the south is Benidorm with its various attractions sure to please the children. Try Mundomar Marine Park or the Aqualandia Water Park or terrify yourselves at the Terra Mitica Theme Park with thrilling rides. To the north is the lovely town of Denia with its castle and beaches and pleasant shopping areas. Here you can take a day trip to Ibiza by ferry.
So whether you are looking for nightlife or tranquillity, the region has something for everyone - from cosmopolitan towns where life goes on 24 hours a day to sleepy little villages where time seems to have passed them by.
Oliva Nova golf course is in the north of the Costa Blanca, This 18 hole course is situated in Las Marinas, Denia and was designed by Seve Ballesteros. La Sella golf course is a varied, balanced and interesting course set in a protected environment at the foot of the Montgo Mountain, a few minutes drive from Javea on the Costa Blanca. Suitable for all levels of play. The Javea golf club is in the valley south of the Montgo Mountain just a few minutes drive from the coast. It is 9 hole course (soon to be 18) designed with 7 different tee positions on the back nine and two greens for 1 hole.

Payment Terms
The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
There will be a small security deposit required plus a small final clean charge of £35.00.
It may be
necessary to vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your arrival due to changeovers - although we will try to accommodate your flights where possible.
