VILLA FOR RENT
Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain
Villa Javea is situated in a prime area of Javea,, known as "La Plana". There are two restaurants and bars within walking distance - one has its own swimming pool. This villa is
5 minutes drive from Javea town and port, and is mid-way between the sandy beaches of Javea and Denia.
The plot is large (2,400 square metres) and is secluded with a private pool. There is a large lounge area and conservatory / naya for dining.
The villa features 3 new en-suite bathrooms and a newly tiled pool area. The property has 5 bedrooms - 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, one of which has two bunk-beds. With a sofa-bed, this villa can accommodate up to 14 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a self-contained "beach bar" and BBQ facility. The naya is perfect for shaded dining.
The property is set in a large plot with electric gates and mature gardens, much of which is laid to lawn. This is ideal for large groups that may want their own space at times. There is ample outside furniture and recliners, so no need to get up early!
Our local ground agent looks after the villa during the season and is there for the "meet and greet".
Villa Javea is situated within a large and secluded plot. Just a short stroll away are extensive, open views of the surrounding countryside and the bay of Javea including the windmills and San Antonio lighthouse. Mountt Mongo is particularly pretty in the sunset, and you climb it during the day.
Javea is fundamentally "villa-land" and does not cater for large hotels. Javea is equidistant from Valencia and Alicante, about 60 miles on the A7 motorway, only an hour by car from either airport. Hiring cars is easy and readily available. There are plenty of places of interest to visit - Valencia has its Science City; Benidorm offers the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia and Waterworld - all within 40 minutes drive. Or drive inland to explore the castles and gastronomic villages.
The World Health Authority said Javea had one of the best climates in the World. Javea is a town of great beauty, magical landscapes, a haven of peace and serenity. Here nature has been so generous and splendid that it is difficult to find a similar place. The sea is pure blue, clean and revealing. The mountain, washed by the Mediterranean sea, offers lush vegetation and many local species of flora and fauna.
Javea is framed by the Capes of La Nao and Sant Antoni on the shores of the Mediterranean sea. The town occupies an area of 68.4 square km in the north of the Costa Blanca and is protected from continental winds by the mountainous barrier of the Montgó. It has a varied landscape, both along its 25 kilometres of coast and inland, a mild climate throughout the year with an average temperature of 18ºC, careful urban planning and much to offer tourists - all waiting in this beautiful town which has conserved all the charm of traditional seafaring communities. Great restaurants and bars are abundant in Javea or Denia and whilst this is not a glitzy resort, it offers plenty of nightlife if you want it.
