The complex is set within well kept lawns and gardens with two superb swimming pools. There will be someone available on call throughout your stay if you should need anything.
There is a useful file in the villa where you will find local information about supermarkets, places to eat, local public transport, etc. Our visitors' book could be another useful source of recommended places to visit - and please do add your own!
Moraira has 3 outstanding sandy beaches. In addition to the local beaches, there are more at the surrounding towns, such as Javea, Calpe and Denia all within a short driving distance. There are a number of local golf courses one approx five minutes walk away (handicap certificates required).
You can fly into Alicante or Valencia where you can collect hire cars from numerous companies. There are a huge range of budget airlines flying from most UK airports. We will also be happy to advise you on travel information. Good motorway links mean Alicante airport is 1 hour drive and Valencia 1hr 15 minutes.
In the town of Moraira there is a 24 hour supermarket, along with some really lovely restaurants, shops and several banks (including Barclays). There is a market on Fridays and people travel from far to visit. There is also a market where you can purchase freshly caught fish. The port also has an array of restaurants and bars.

| Outside and General | The bungalow has an enclosed garden with two patios, table, chairs, loungers and a barbecue. the community pool is within 1 minute walk from the house. There is convenient off-road parking at the front of the house. |
| Services, Linen | Towels and bed linen are provided although not beach towels. The villa is cleaned between rentals. |
| Suitability | The property is accessible by a few steps onto the patio. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the bungalow. No pets allowed. |
| Special Features | All bedrooms, lounge and kitchen windows incorporate mosquito screens. Variety of books, games and CDs for use while at the property - please bring your own DVDs. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and fire blanket. |

Payment Terms
Reservation deposit: £50. Damage/security deposit: £100 refundable within 7 days of departure. Balance due: 6 weeks prior to arrival. Please note we can accept payment by PayPal.
