Payment Terms
A £150 (200 Euros) deposit is required to cover any minor breakages and if no charges are applicable
this will be refunded in full. Any additional damages caused from your use of the villa will be payable in full by you.
25% of rental fee due two weeks before your stay to secure booking.
You are asked to use the property and contents with care and to make good any damage to the house or fittings. Any damage must
be reported immediately to us.
In the event of cancellation by you, the deposit is not refundable. In the event that the house is unavailable for rental during the period booked,
due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the monies paid to us by you.
