Buena Vista translated means "beautiful view" and its the perfect name for this lovely pretty villa. With sea, mountain and vineyard views, you really are spoilt for choice. Located in the pretty Valle del Portet this wonderfully spacious villa is officially in Benitatxell (although some class it as Moraira).
Moraira town centre is just 3 miles away, or 5 minutes by car. Known as the "jewel in the crown" of the Costa Blanca, Moraira has a reputation as a stylish and sought-after resort, with everything to offer the discerning traveller. With its pretty marina and beach front, and fabulous choice of restaurants and individually owned shops, it has something for everyone.
The villa itself is a lovely design, making the most of the lovely views of Moraira, the Montgo mountain, and the vineyard. It has a lovely sized pool, with a BBQ house/kitchen alongside, to assist the preparation of al fresco dining. The perfect place to dine is the covered terrace (naya) as the views are quite spectacular. During the many summer fiesta, you can view the fireworks from several different villages, without leaving the house!
On the top level of the villa, is the spilt level lounge and dining area, the kitchen, a cloakroom, the master bedroom (complete with en suite, queen size bed and walk in wardrobes) and naya. On the level below are another 3 spacious bedrooms. One has an en suite shower room of its own and there is a spacious family bathroom as well. In total the villa has 3 bath/showers rooms plus an additional toilet, so there really is plenty of facilities for a larger group. Its ideal for 2 families holidaying together.
The villa has UK TV channels which includes BBC1 and ITV plus a selection of DVDs. It also has an additional sitting room/sunroom with huge windows and views of the sea. Perfect for a relaxing snooze/read, or maybe a room for the child to play. In either case, it's a room to put to good use.
There is plenty of parking and the pretty back garden has a rotary line for washing.
