La Casa del Capitan holiday villa is situated in Balcon-al-Mar, one of Javea's exclusive residential area's. Although quiet and peaceful, the local area is well served with several good restaurants and supermarkets there is even a couple of tennis clubs nearby. The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and central heating throughout. This is the ideal villa for a relaxing family holiday.

This bright, superbly modernised and well serviced 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 people, and has a large private swimming pool, landscaped gardens and beautiful sea views.

The lounge is spacious and comfortably furnished with a modern decor lounge, and offers a living flame log fire and a flat screen television with cable TV with 120 channels in English, Spanish and German. There is a separate dining area.

The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further family shower-room. All three bedrooms are air conditioned for your comfort throughout the summer, whilst the whole villa is centrally heated for the winter. There is a further TV in one of the bedrooms and a games console.

The covered naya overlooks the pool and is perfect for al fresco relaxed dining. The pool terrace includes a pool shower and a poolside BBQ with a sink. The property has secure parking with a gated entrance and a garage.

Balcon Al Mar is a quiet and select area of Javea, with several restaurants within walking distance. In the height of the summer, because of its cliff top position, Balcon Al Mar benefits from cooling sea breezes as well as wonderful sea views. If you want a change from lazing by the pool, the beautiful bays of Granadella and Ambollo are only 5 km away. Cap de la Nao is a 10 minute walk away with stunning sea views and Ibiza can be seen on a clear day.

Javea is the ideal, relaxing, exclusive family holiday resort - a great place for chilling out, good food and watching the world, in all its nationalities, go by. Not great for lovers of Trance, Garage or House. If you don’t know what that means, (it is loud club music) then Javea is ideal for you!

Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation. 320 days of sunshine a year might have something to do with that! It is lapped by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, dramatic cliffs and wonderful beaches, many with blue flag status. The countryside is surrounded by an abundance of orange and lemon groves, mountains and valleys.

Leisure facilities include tennis, bowls, golf, water sports, horse riding, go-karting and hiking. The modern Yacht Club in the marina has 300 berths and every water-sport imaginable can be found. Swimming, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, water-skiing, jet-skiing, snorkeling and fishing are all available and much more. By car, Javea Golf Club is fifteen minutes away, La Sella Golf 40 minutes, Moraira Golf 40 minutes and Oliva Nova Golf 45 minutes. Local bike hire is available for easy pottering to serious racing. There are several scenic coves nearby. Grandella, with its crystal clear waters is a favourite for scuba diving and snorkeling as is Portichol. There is even a naturist beach at Ambolo. Wonderful for sight seeing! On a daily basis there are weekly markets in many of the villages and towns offering a variety of stalls from fresh fruit/veg, olives, cheeses, meats, clothes, shoes, sunglasses, handbags, jewellery etc.

Payment Terms

Rental prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and include water, electricity, linen, towels (not beach towels), pool and garden maintenance, maid service at the beginning and end of the let and linen change mid-way through the let (if more than one week).

Please contact the owners by clicking "enquire"to book this villa and you will be sent a booking form. A deposit of one third will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be payable six weeks prior to departure.

The owners ask for a key deposit of £100 payable with the balance, which will be returned on receipt of the keys and following an inventory check by their representatives in Spain.
