This villa is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The private pool terrace overlooks Moraira and has full sun from mid morning. Located in a residential area of Moraira within walking distance of the town which has a good selection of restaurants and shops. Local beaches are in Moraira and the sandy bay of El Portet is a short 1.5 Kms drive.
The large lounge has a television and video player, and the dining room opens onto a covered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and all crockery and utensils. The separate utility room houses the dishwasher and washing machine. The circular master bedroom is upstairs with its own sun terrace and en-suite bathroom, and there are two further twin bedrooms plus a separate bathroom downstairs.
Historically, Moraira is a small fishing village on the coast of the Costa Blanca. Today the town has many restaurants and shops with a large marina. Moraira is a family holiday destination with a relaxed atmosphere and a far cry from the package holiday environment.
