Casa Mirador is a lovely villa with sea views, located close to Moraira town. On the exclusive Pla del Mar estate, its location is perfect. Far enough away from the hub to be peaceful, but near enough to walk to the fabulous choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
It is a 3 bedroom villa with a separate one bedroom apartment (optional, off-peak) giving flexibility and privacy if required. The furnishings are modern and mostly new. The kids will be happy too. The villa has it's own fenced play area complete with Wendy house, swings and slide.
The villa is laid out in a relaxing style. The entrance is at road level. Once inside, you can go one way to the 3 bedrooms or go straight ahead into the beautiful air-conditioned lounge. Continuing on through large French doors, is the villa's finest asset. A huge naya (covered terrace) looking towards the sea and the marina. Use it for lazing around in the shade, dining al fresco or watching the sunset. The lounge also leads to the newly installed, and very well equipped kitchen and indoor dining area.
The air-conditioned master bedroom has a queen size bed and newly refurbished ensuite bathroom. There is a further large double bedroom, an air-conditioned double bedroom plus a new family sized shower room.
From the naya, down a few steps is the private swimming pool with SLIDE and roman steps (the pool can be heated in the spring and autumn). The children's play area, the sun terrace and the one bedroom apartment (optional in the winter). The air-conditioned apartment is basically furnished. It has a small lounge with sofa bed, double bedroom with small en-suite shower room and kitchenette with fridge. It is an ideal facility for families wishing to holiday together, but maintain some privacy.
