Outside, no expense has been spared to make your holiday special. As well as the stunning 10x5 metre swimming pool, deep enough for diving, there is a top-of-the-range hot tub, seating up to five people. The children's play area is next to the pool table and table tennis table, away from the sunbathing areas, so you can relax in perfect peace.

As well as two private balconies off bedrooms 1 and 5, there are also very large sunbathing terraces on the first floor. In addition to two covered Nayas on the ground floor, there are ample paved areas around the pool for sunbathing and an Astro-turf area. An outdoor kitchen for those all important BBQs also has a fridge, and the whole garden is fully secure with lockable gates.

The gated driveway leads up to parking for several cars and all the outside areas can be lit up at night.

Large spacious terraces to the upper and lower levels allow you to soak up those Spanish rays, with sun-beds and seating for up to 20, and tropical cabana to escape the heat of the Mediterranean sun, and maybe take that siesta…

To the side of the property are large, floodlit Italian style gardens with tropical fauna, and private, secure off-road parking for up to 6 vehicles.

The villa has recently undergone a full refurbishment and has six good-sized bedrooms, accommodating up to seventeen people. In addition to the brand new kitchen with a five-ring gas hob, double electric oven, dishwasher, American fridge freezer and microwave, there is a separate laundry closet with washing machine and tumble dryer, large lounge with TV with full Sky package, DVD and video player and surround sound system. The villa also benefits from air conditioning in every bedroom as well as the lounge, and under-floor heating throughout for winter lets. There is also a large family dining room and all rooms are beautifully furnished to the highest standard.

The Costa Blanca, and its surrounding area are filled with wonders for all age ranges and tastes. Calpe with its cultural status offers fine arts within dozens of art galleries, antiques galore, and tiny craft shops with hand made goods filling the shelves. For the sporty there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more all just a few kilometres away. For the younger end we have the attractions of Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park, and Terra Mitica theme park, or why not hop over to Ibiza from the port at Denia. Whatever you want from a holiday, the Costa has it all. Not far away you will find the villages of Altea, Moraira and Javea, each with its own unique character. The area has some of the best beaches with facilities for all, including disabled access to the sea, funfairs for the children, and a vast range of shopping arcades filled with the best of Spanish crafts.

Moraira is one of the most beautiful towns virtually untouched by tourism due to its unique coastal position. Moraira enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees. In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.

Calpe's archaeological museum, in the Plaza de la Villa, includes various findings of the 4th to the 8th centuries. Alongside you find Roman ruins, including the ruins of the Bano de la Reina, together with the remains of the old tower the Torreon de la Peca. If you are interested in local culture you should visit the Museo Fester in Calle Jose Antoni, which describes the local Calpe fiesta Moros y Cristianos and its traditions.

Calpe's two main beaches, the Cantal Roig and the Playa Arenal are widely known for its fine sand. Together with the other two beaches, La Fossa and the bay of Gasparet which also belongs to the city, Calpe offers many kilometres of excellent swimming and surfing possibilities, also for the golfers Calpe offers its own course, alongside the best courses on this stretch of coast.
