This apartment is the lower half of private villa with a private pool, just a short drive from Moraira and Calpe. It is in lovely surroundings and is in a convenient location for both holidays and property searching and provides excellent all year round accommodation and facilities for up to 4+ persons.
With many amenities nearby or within a short drive you will find plenty to occupy yourselves if you can tear yourself away from the private saltwater pool. The apartment has direct access to the pool.
There are a number of golf courses within easy reach. The nearest being 10 minutes drive away. A car is essential to make the most of your holiday, particularly if you would like to explore some of the wonderful inland typical Spanish villages with there abundance of fruit, almond and olive orchards and vineyards.
Alicante airport is approximately 1 hour by car and Valencia is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away. The area is served by ample supermarkets, the nearest being 5 minutes drive away. Ample bars and restaurants can be found in the area which is also served with a very good choice of shops.
The owners live in the apartment above and, if necessary are available to help with any problems whilst fully respecting the privacy of guests at all times. However during the peak season the owners may take a quick dip in the pool to cool off.

| Services, Linen | Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge along with towels to use on the sun-beds around the saltwater pool. The bed linen and towels are changed weekly. |
