"Tranquillity" is a new Spanish style villa set in the mountains of Monte Pedreguer with superb sea and country views from the patio. Situated within an easy twenty minute drive from popular beaches in Javea or excellent shopping in the port of Denia, the location offers something for all ages and tastes. As its name suggests, the property is in a very quiet position near the Montgo National Park and is an easy 50 minute drive on the A7 from either Alicante or Valencia airports.
The accommodation offers three double bedrooms in a detached villa boasting private pool (8m x 4m), Jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ, air conditioning, central heating, wood-burner and satellite TV/CD and DVD and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine. The lounge/diner will seat 6 and there are two comfortable sofas. The villa is fully serviced for laundry and cleaning throughout. There is also a gated car port, garden and a 24x7 security alarm system.
Upstairs the master bedroom comprises a private balcony, ensuite shower/WC and a king-size bed. The ground floor double and twin bedrooms share a bathroom including bath and shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and drawer space. A sofa bed can be used for additional sleeping.
An 18 hole Golf Course and Spa can be found at the 5 star Marriot with horse riding and tennis nearby. Lots of fun can be had at Benidorm's water and theme parks which is a 25 minute drive or try the Zoo at Pego. Alternatively visits to hilltop towns or tiny fishing villages offers a taste of the traditional Spain. Ibiza and the Balearic Islands are a 2 hour ferry ride from the port of Denia. The new Portal de la Marina boasts a shopping mall with cinema.
The villa is a real home from home complete with books, games, CD's, DVD's, loungers and inflatables. Baby equipment such as cot and high chair are also present. It is well stocked with tea and coffee and a starter set of basic food can be left for a small charge, if arriving late. The nearest supermarket or restaurant is located 10 minutes away.
