This new villa is beautifully furnished - everything is new, clean and immaculate. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking villa. The villa has sea views from four windows in the tower-shaped lounge, and patio windows open to the terrace and the private swimming pool. Internet access has been recently installed.
This property is set on a detached plot, and is all on one level with steps up from the parking area. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and an electric oven and grill. The washing machine is in a separate utility room. The lounge and master bedroom are both have hot and cold air conditioning, whilst the bedrooms two and three have electric fans.
The villa is within walking distance to a new parade of shops which include restaurants and a coffee shop, newsagents and book shop, etc. Cumbre del Sol is close to Moraira and Javea and ideally positioned to visit the many other attractive coastal resorts and famous inland areas such as the Jalon Valley on the Costa Blanca. The area is set in a stunning mountain environment with outstanding sea and mountain views in all directions. Golfers are well served in this area with four excellent golf courses close by. The local Moraig beach is popular with divers and pot-holers, and there are several world-class marinas within a short drive.

| Suitability | No pets, and strictly non smoking. There are steps up from the parking area, but otherwise the villa is on one level, so not ideal for disabled. Also young children must be strictly supervised as the pool is very close to the kitchen and lounge area. |
