Es Collet is a country house set on a small hillside over-looking the countryside of Felanitx. Surrounded by almond groves and fruit trees you are now in rural Mallorca.
Arriving at Es Collet you have a private entrance and driveway with an automatic secure gate, once you drive up to the house you will find parking for 5 cars.
As you walk around to the main entrance, you are received by beautiful views of the garden, a grand swimming pool and the distant scenes of the valley. The covered entrance to the house makes a lovely area to relax, dine or take in the evening sunsets.
Once in the property, you will find it very spacious, with room for everyone to feel at home. The large lounge is well furnished and has several sofas, also a Freeview TV. Leading from the lounge area, you have a rustic dining room seating 8 people.
The fully fitted modern kitchen has a large gas hob and electric oven, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all usual kitchen utensils. From the kitchen you enter into the laundry room with washing machine and second fridge.
All four bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms lead from the main hallway. Every bedroom has fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes and dressing tables. With tasteful furnishings and decor. An infants cot is also available at no extra cost. One very special feature to the property which makes it all the more fun is its enormous Jacuzzi found in one of the bathrooms, fit for a king!

| Special Features | The house is within 10 to 15 minutes drive by car to the
local beaches of Cala Mitjana and Porta Colom and the bluest of coves. This
area boasts some beautiful country scenery, away from the hustle and bustle
of resorts. Felanitx is said to have the biggest and best market found on a Sunday morning where you can buy almost anything. It is a rustic village being more in-land than coastal, but you can be at a beach within 10 minutes. You can visit coves like Cala Sa Nau, Cala Mitjana or Porta Colom. The local food is delicious; you will find "pa oli" on every menu, local fruit, veg and meat, plenty of wine, olives and alioli. Take a country walk or visit the amazing monastery of San Salvador, where you can almost see the whole of Mallorca. You can arrive at the property within 40 minutes from the airport, via Manacor as a direct route, or wind through the countryside of Campos and Santanyi, taking a little longer. 2 minutes to the local village of Felanitx and the supermarket. 15 minutes to Porto Colom. 10 minutes to Porto Cristo. 40 minutes to airport. |
