This villa is on three levels with a large solarium on the roof giving views over salt lakes and distant mountains. Accommodation comprises three bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has its own separate balcony, ideal for your morning breakfast as it catches early morning sun which lasts all day. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and a small shower-room with toilet and wash basin on the ground floor.
The large lounge-diner is furnished with two sofas and a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob fridge freezer and washing machine plus all of the usual things like microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, etc. Outside of the villa is a beautiful enclosed pool, which is solely for the use of a small number of residences, including this property. Also there are children's play areas with swings, etc.
The villa is on the outskirts of a very Spanish village called Los Montesinos where you will find many local shops including a small supermarket and some very good restaurants. This is a lovely area with friendly people and close to all the amenities that the southern Costas have to offer. There is a new supermarket within 100 metres of the property selling all items you need, including fresh meat and fish. There are also two bars, a restaurant and a ladies hairdresser and nail bar.
