The villa has been tastefully furnished. It has central heating, air conditioned (hot-cold) in the lounge and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus in the lounge.

EXTERIOR: The plot is completely flat. The pool has an irregular shape, it has a long seat inside and roman steps. Large open terrace around the pool with 6 sun loungers and barbecue. Parking for 2 cars. Electric gate.

This upmarket Urbanization benefits from street lighting, well looked after streets, and also a tennis court (within walking distance from the villa).
