The attractive residents' gardens have lawns, fountains, pool, whirlpool and a large, shady area; the grounds are both private and secure. The L-shaped living room is comfortable and attractive, and has two sets of doors opening onto the southwest-facing balcony, with a table and chairs for outside dining. On the second floor there are two terraces with tables, chairs and recliners.

Close by, and within sight of the apartment, is the picturesque La Fontana Canal and Marina where boats are moored for easy access to the sea. A short stroll along the seafront to the right takes you to Javea's Arenal beach, with its many attractions, and to the left the walk to the Port of Javea takes around 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets nearby. The historic old town of Javea, about 3 km away, is well worth a visit, and there is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute radius.
