The apartment has two entrance doors, so you can enter either from the pedestrian gate into the garden from the terrace, or from the garage and parking at the rear.

There are two good beach bars on the shingle beach nearby, which is laid out, in the summer, with tropical sunshades and sun loungers. The Arenal sandy beach offers safe bathing, beach and water sports, and a wide promenade with a wonderful array of bars, restaurants and shops. There is also a rocky sea frontage about one minute's walk - excellent for snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing. The Port and the historic old town of Javea is about 2 km. There is a large supermarket three minutes stroll away, and several golf courses within a 25-minute radius.
