Our brand new villa was launched onto the rental market in early 2005 and, after deciding on 5 sites to advertise with, our marketing budget was all used up when we came across Spain Villa Rental. Philip though was excellent at explaining the success rate of Spain Villa Rental, and provided us with statistics which convinced us to go ahead – it was so important for us to get our first year rentals off to a good start. Now in our 3rd year, without doubt Spain Villa Rental is the best performing site we have used – and over time we have moved our advertising around and have experienced 9 different sites, including some of the 'big names'….. which by the way also come with a much bigger price tag. 34% of all our enquiries have come from Spain Villa Rental – this makes it the best performing site for enquiries by far. The next best performing advertising site has given us just 20% of enquiries.

18% of all our bookings have come from Spain Villa Rental – again this makes the site our Number 1 for bookings, only exceeded by repeat bookings and referrals, but no other advertising site comes close. In terms of value for money from our advertising investment – 11 bookings have come from this site, at an average booking value of over £1,000 ……the ROI from Spain Villa Rental is exceptional.
